    In hot desert ecosystem the diversity and development of plants and animals communities depend upon the availability, quality, quantity and reliability of resources. The desert is a very important wintering zone in Pakistan for migratory birds such as Quails, Black kite, Shikra, houbara bustard and kestrel. houbara bustard is a popular game bird in Pakistan for Arab hunters. The Arid zones are used for poaching, netting and hunting which enrich with wild birds like common mynas, Bank mynas, Babblers, Grey partridges, Doves and Shikra. Both adult and chick of birds are caught and are sold in high demand good price in the markets of all the big cities.
